1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RecoverFit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RecoverFit is a health and fitness application that calculates daily recovery scores based on data from Apple HealthKit. The App provides recovery insights, sleep analysis, and training load monitoring. All processing occurs on your device.

3. Subscriptions

RecoverFit Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription:

Monthly Plan: Billed monthly.
Yearly Plan: Billed annually. Includes a 7-day free trial for eligible users.

Subscription details:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Free and Pro Features

Free features include daily recovery score, basic HRV/heart rate/sleep metrics, and 7-day trend charts.

Pro features include AI Recovery Coach, ACWR-based training load analysis, advanced sleep insights, 30/90-day trends, and data export.

The recovery scores, insights, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational and fitness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health or training regimen.

5. Health Data

The App accesses Apple HealthKit data with your permission. You may revoke this access at any time through your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Health. The App does not transmit health data to any external server.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Junsung Park and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
Redistribute or resell the App or its content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that recovery scores will be accurate in all circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junsung Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries, health complications, or training decisions made based on the App's information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
